Can you use heat press vinyl with this product?

Yes and I love it! Mine got hot all over! I heat pressed vinyl to shirts all the time and they dont come off after! When used to use my iron I couldn't wash my shirts or it would start to fall off. I love mine!!

Are other sized mug or tumbler attachments available?

Yea there are but might have to buy them separately

Does this work on 15oz mug?

I have only used 11 oz mugs. You might be able to do in two sections.

Unfortunately, we currently only can send products to the lower 48 states in United States. If you want to get this to Bangladesh, you may have to find friend or transfer company to help you re-ship it.

I can't seem to figure out how to attach the latte attachment. I would need step by step instructions.

You have to unscrew all the little screw that hold the metal part (I think there are 6 screws). Also you have to unscrew the knob that goes directly to the heat press (the cord is hold with a little piece of plastic but you don't need to unscrew this part, it is open enough to remove the cable, this is only so the cable stays in place). Then remove the part and place the latte attachment. Hope this help. Good luck!
