The chair is very well built to hold people up to 500 pounds. The caster wheels are not well built they are rated to hold up to 250 pounds. If you replace the caster wheels with heavy-duty caster wheels rated for up to 500 pounds and you are good up to 500 pounds.

What is the measurement from seat to top of back (inside of chair)? I need a good chair with a head rest so I can rest my neck.

The actual functional sizes are 20" front to back and 22" wide. Also the Hight is 29". The seat cushion is actually larger than aforementioned sizes. I weigh 255 and have all the room in the world.

What is the range of the sitting height from the floor? I am short and need the low point to be 18in from the floor. 20in is too high.

You can lower the chair quite a bit. I need mine fall because it’s hard to get out if yo Low.
