The New Generation Automatic Chicken Coop Door Opener and Closer by Ortis Electric is a product with a mixed customer experience. The product has a programmable timer controller that adjusts to the changing seasons, and the controller retains its settings even after power outages. However, several customers experienced motor and gear assembly issues, leading to the door trapping chickens inside or outside, and some motors and safety sensors died within a few days or months of use. The customer service, on the other hand, seems rather helpful and responsive as they immediately sent a replacement for a customer who had an issue with the door they received.
