Users can boil water in the pitcher on a glass top stove for making tea without any issue. However, users must not exceed the temperature rating. Additionally, the pitcher is compatible with radiant heat and gas but not with induction cooking. The pitcher comes with a precise scale line and a rubber gasket at the top that might get very pliable if left in the sun. The metal top will be hot, so users must be careful when touching it after bringing the pitcher inside. The pitcher is heat and cold resistant, making it suitable for tea, coffee, juice, and iced tea. Cleaning can be done by hand washing or using a dishwasher. However, some users found the top of the pitcher to be loose, and it falls off every time they pour, leaving tea everywhere.
