The overall quality of the chandelier is great for the low price and customer service is top-notch. However, assembly is a pain and the instructions are not thorough. Customer feedback suggests that some common sense and YouTube videos will be required to put the product together. The hanging process is especially difficult, but the end result is worth it. Customers also recommend buying bigger caps for the wiring as those provided are too small. The finish is where this product has the most mixed feedback. Customers have reported chipped and peeling finishes straight out of the box, and some have returned the product because of it. However, others have decorated it and changed the cord color and have been extremely happy with their purchase.
