I don’t think so. The new Ultra has a different system for the bands. Watch the videos in YouTube. But since I don’t have the new IPhone Ultra I couldn’t say for sure. I do love the band though. It’s sturdy, and the colors are nice.

Does the watch cover come with the band as pictured? That covers the watch face?

No, they both have to be purchased separately.

UAG Compatible with Apple Watch for iWatch Series UltraSE281-7SE Civilian Watch Strap by URBAN ARMOR GEAR is a well-built and stylish-looking band that fits comfortably on wrists up to 7.5 inches. The bright orange color is Consistent throughout the band and cover. However, there is no screen protector included. The strap is compatible with Apple Watch 45mm and can fit the new Ultra. It's grippy and good for running and other activities, but there are quality concerns. Some reviewers had issues with the clasp not locking, screen protectors not staying put, empty boxes, lugs not snapping in place, and the spring lock popping out after two weeks.
