The 2-Pack Round Canning Rack is a great addition to any kitchen. It is easy to assemble and keeps jars off the bottom of pressure cookers or stock pots. The rack can be used for water bath canning, food steaming, or as a steam basket. It is made of stainless steel and comes with 6 detachable legs that can be removed depending on the size of the container. The rack can also be turned upside down without the legs to keep jars from sitting on the bottom of the container. While the rack is smaller than some customers anticipated, it still works well for its intended purpose.
