The ANNMETER AN-39C Multimeter is an affordable and accurate option for measuring voltage, current, resistance, and temperature. It is comparable to more expensive models and even provides some extra features like NCV. The meter comes with three sets of leads, batteries, and a carrying case. However, there are a couple of minor drawbacks including a tight case that is difficult to close with all the accessories inside and a backlight that only turns on in very dark conditions. Overall, this multimeter is a great value for the money.
