The 3KG Gold Melting Furnace is designed to melt scrap, silver, gold, copper, aluminum, etc. with a digital electric melting furnace having a 1400W heating power with 2000F high-temperature capacity. This furnace comes with a graphite crucible for refining and casting which makes it easier to use. However, based on the reviews we found, it appears that there are several issues with this furnace that needs to be addressed. The major problems with this furnace are the poor quality of the paint, rusting, wrong-sized tongs that get stuck in the groove around the crucible, and lack of proper temperature control. It seems that the temperature control doesn't work and when it does, it is off by 100°C. Also, the unit is reported to stop working after a short time period, and a blinking “o” appears on the temperature display. Overall, the 3KG Gold Melting Furnace appears to have some major issues that need to be addressed before it can properly deliver on its promise.
