Answer : You can achieve the sidetone functionality if you switch from the 3.5mm jack to USB as the Gaming suite won't register a device connected as analog.

Answer : Yes, the H3PRO is compatible with PS4, PS5, PC wirelessly and wired. For Xbox series X|S - One, Nintendo Switch and Mac, you will need the 3.5mm console cable.
Question : Can you only make calls via phone with the dongle? And does it have a phone mic for outside use?
Answer : You can connect to your phone by Bluetooth and make calls. The headset can remain connected to another device through the dongle at the same time. Not sure what you mean by phone mic for outside use but you can use the boom mic or remove it and use the internal mic. The other person will be able to hear the wind though, if there is any.
Question : Will saved eq profiles work on ps4? If i make a custom profile will it keep that eq profile when connecting to a console?
Answer : The headset itself will not save custom EQ settings, but using our EPOS Gaming Suite software, you´ll be able to save your EQ settings and switch between them. Unfortunately, the Software is only compatible with PC and your EQ settings will not transfer to console.
Question : Is there a way to get the dongle out of the usb a extender? mine seems to be stuck in it
Answer : Yes! You can wiggle it back and fourth and it will come out!!
Question : Just got it today and it's not powering on, it worked for a while... left it on my desk got back and it wont turn on!!
