Our Pods follow the IP65 standard (splash-proof), which means they can withstand light rain or wet grass. However, they are not waterproof, so do not drop them into water.

Does this come with straps to attach to posts or punching bag? How do they attach to things?

You can purchase straps separately to use with BlazePod. They do not come with the Kits, but are included in our Bundles. Alternatively, you can use the functional adapter kit.

How do the pods attach to a wall, if straps cannot be used?

For glassy surfaces, you can use suction cups. For walls, double-sided tape should be sufficient.

BlazePod LED Flash Reflex Training Pods are a great tool for sports enthusiasts, such as boxing and martial arts coaches who want to improve their perception, reaction time, speed, and agility. The pods are very strong and durable, they can withstand strong hits from feet, boxing gloves, and even more. The BlazePods are versatile and waterproof to IP65 standard (splash-proof), which means they can take light rain or wet grass. However, the product is not entirely practical and stable enough for soccer coaches, who experienced a lot of bugs and hassles using them. The Pods are touch-sensitive and do not contain proximity sensors. You can use suction cups or double tape to attach them to different surfaces. Some features are locked until you pay for a $15 per month pro-membership. The base bundle does not come with any adapters. Still, the product concept is fantastic; the pods are well thought out and put together.
