May I know if I can use a 6s battery for this?

Sorry, you can't use a 6s battery. It can only use 2-3S batteries.

What is the size of the mounting screws, and does it come with the screws?

Yes, it comes with the screws. The screw size is M3*6mm.

The size of the banana plug is 2.0mm.

This product is a set of 4 MT2204 2300KV brushless motor for use in FPV quadcopters. It can use 2-3S batteries, recommends a 12-20A ESC, and is not compatible with HJ38 or 6S batteries.
