If you’re talking about the back panels, you might be doing the same thing I did at first—they might be backwards. I walked away from putting it together several times before realizing what the problem was. It really looks like they go on the other way. I hope this helps! Once I flipped the panels, I had it assembled in maybe 5-10 minutes.
