Based on imports having to follow US standards for lead content in glazes, I guessed that it conformed to our standards for low or no lead content.

Do I have to cure these baking dishes?

My first use, I baked a high fat content dish, which does the trick. Subsequently, I simply oil or parchment paper for use. I bake bread in mine.
