It sits on top of wood stoves and when the metal base of the fan heats up, the blades rotate and move hot air into the room, making it an eco-friendly and efficient tool to circulate heat. The fan dimensions are 10 inches tall and 9 1/2 inches wide, and its 9" blades move up to 175 cubic feet of air per minute (CFM). It is virtually silent and doesn't require any set up or plug-in, making it a great alternative to electric fans. However, it works best on small to medium-sized rooms, and some customers reported that it might not move air fast enough for larger spaces.
