Mine did not have a mouth hole until I cut one and two for the eyes. It was tight and uncomfortable. Not recommended.

Has the size issue for adults been resolved?

I ordered the black set and they fit me and my partner fine. I have a big head and he has a normal head.

It is recommended to hollow out the eye part for safety. Driving with the mask on is possible.

No, there is no zipper. You just pull it on like a stocking.
