This 100% Organic Sunchoke Powder is a natural product that helps in supporting gut health and digestion. It contains high inulin content in its natural form without extraction processes, which preserves all of its valuable fiber. However, this powder does not dissolve in water. The product is hard and not easily scooped out of the jar. Users recommend processing it in a blender if it clumps up. The sunchoke powder is made of 100% Jerusalem artichoke tubers grown in Bulgaria, and it is not advisable to give it to 4-year-old children. The ivory-colored powder has a mildly sweet taste and almost no odor.
