What are the exterior and interior dimensions of the storage box?

The exterior dimensions are (WxHxD): 15 5/8 x 13 1/4 x 4 and the interior dimensions are (WxHxD): 14 x 12 3/4 x 3 7/8

I received the box with no instruction on how to put the box together. Can you help me?

The lid and base have to be folded inward such that the white remains on the outside, and the dividers should be placed into the frame with the wings resting behind the frame's flaps between each of the tabs and holes. Then, bring the flaps down, one set at a time, and insert the tabs accordingly.

Will this hold cards in top load card holder? What is the width and height of each row?

Yes, it can hold top loaded cards as well as 1 touch cases. The width and height of each row may depend on the size of the card holder.

Does the lid cover the entire side of the box or just halfway?

The lid covers the entire bottom box, but it goes about half down the sides of the box all the way around, so by definition, it's a halfway lid.

Is it a full or half lid?

It is a separate part that acts like a normal lid, but it covers only halfway down the sides of the box.
