  Answer : It was in cardboard packaging. There is plastic on the pump which almost has to be to make it work. I personally would prefer if it was a plastic bottle because with kids it would work better. The metal can will eventually get dented and thrown and we will go back to buying a plastic bottle every time. It is a good product for most people as it will eliminate future purchases of plastic bottles. It is great progress in reducing plastic use.
• Question : How do I get it to dispense soap?
  Answer : It has a built-in dispenser-look at the top.

  Answer : You get 6 hand soap tablets in this refill pack.

  Answer : No I received this product in less than a week. I suggest that you call Amazon depending on your location and where it is shipped from may make a difference.

  Answer : I don't see why not. I'm using the old style bulk refill in this fancy new bottle.

  Answer : Our Softsoap has a shelf life of 2 years. It does not necessarily expire, but the efficacy and aesthetic aspects (integrity), such as color, fragrance, flavor, and consistency, may change. The product does not become harmful or unsafe to use.

  Answer : This hand soap helps wash away bacteria. We recommend reaching out to your healthcare provider.
