Upon using the product, the user must take caution and follow the advisory to limit the vitamin B6 to avoid adverse effects. While the product aims to give multivitamin goods with no added ingredients, the product is overpriced, and some minerals and vitamins exceed the recommended daily value, such as zinc and vitamin B6. Nonetheless, the mix of elements and the capsules' convenience is better than other multis in the market.
