The oscillation range is 70° and can be turned off with the remote. However, some customers reported an annoying buzz/hum when oscillating and interference with other remote controls, including TVs. The LED display turns off automatically after 3 minutes of inactivity, and replacement bases are available. There were mixed reviews on the airflow, with some saying it was not as cool as advertised and not suitable for larger rooms with multiple people.
