Large according to chart. I wear medium & have 7” wrist.

Can these be used as hair ties?

You shouldn’t because they’re little works of art and aren’t made for hair, but to fit a little bit loosely on your wrist. Once you stretch them, the image is diffused and not as attractive. Kind of expensive for a hair tie.
