A lot of people claiming this is fake product in reviews. This is being sold from the manufacturer, maybe they changed their formula?

I was buying Alba Botanica from the grocery stores for years until most stores stopped carrying it. Then I started buying on Amazon and I've bought this 32 oz bottle 3 different times and they've all been bad. Each time it had a different scent & color. I even had two of the bottles and one was clear & watery while the other one was pearl colored and thick. The thicker one ended up solidifying itself before I could even use the whole bottle. These Amazon versions also left my hair feeling dried out and itchy, like a cheap dollar store shampoo and they got sudsy which Alba products are not supposed to do? I never had any of these issues with Alba before and in fact I started buying them at Whole Foods again and now I have none of these issues. It smells right and it's making my hair soft again. Idk how this is a real product because it's not even the same thing as what they sell in the stores.
