90 deg to right to lock and back to 0 and remove key, to open with key start at 0 and turn 90 deg to left to unlock and back to 0 and remove key

Is the latch 45 degree or vertical

The Latch Replacement would be 45 degrees. This Handle Set does fit that same latch

Can I get both handles identical? The open handle type.

Would have to order two package

Does it have 2 half circle handles vs 1 handle 1 pull?

It's the latter, one handle and one pull. Actually the outside pull is not much more than a finger grip.
