Production Method	Please beware of knock-off maps that are not Made in the USA. Look for "GeoJango" as the original seller name - made in Pleasanton, CA. Our maps are high resolution with high-archival quality materials. OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS Each map is individually created. After the order is received, the map is promptly scheduled for production or design work if there are custom specifications. If custom options are chosen, proofs is provided via Amazon Messages. After receiving your approval, your map goes straight into production and is typically shipped out within 24 hours (weekdays). OUR UNIQUE CONSTRUCTION Each map is printed on quality satin/heavy weight paper with latex paint that clearly prints the finest labels in the map. Although this raises the cost, it produces a high quality product that can't be matched by mass-produced maps. The map is then heat mounted and impressed onto Gatorboard (ideal for map pins and longevity) and then placed through a huge rolling press to create a smooth and lasting bound. OUR FRAMES The frames are the finishing touch. Most of the large frames feature a full 2" bevel (unless otherwise specified). The frames include quality veneer finishes with composite wood (stronger than most wood). The Barnwood frames are solid wood and add beautiful character to the map.
