Not that I am aware of. This is a wax, not a polish. This wax gives alloys a beautiful shine that reduces the likelihood of brake dust and dirt adhering to your wheels, however.

Is this product safe to use on black alloy wheels?

Yes, I use it on my black alloys with no issues or visible residue. Be sure to only use a little for optimum effect.
