The Hunter Sprinkler XC400I X-Core 4-Station Indoor Irrigation Controller is a reliable and easy-to-install unit for controlling irrigation systems. It is a direct replacement for older Hunter controllers and can be installed by those with beginner level home improvement skills. The programming can be a bit tricky, but once set up, the controller works great. The only downside is that it does not have a battery backup to store programmed settings during power outages, resulting in the need to reset the calendar and water times after each power interruption. Overall, it is a good choice for controlling irrigation systems.
