How well would this work with a level 1-3 hair color?

My hair was at a level 4 when I started my bleaching process. With my first bleach, I pulled to a level 10 almost level 11. I am super impressed with this product and it toned out beautifully.

If my hair is already blonde, what volume developer should I use?

For most Blonde Customers, we recommend using a lower Volume Developer like a 7 or 10 to avoid overprocessing.

My hair is brown right now, but I have a level 9 blonde underneath. What volume developer should I use?

If you’re already at a level 9 and want to go lighter, we recommend using an extremely low volume like a 5-7. For the roots, if you're doing it yourself, a 7-10 volume is recommended to have enough time to work in.

Long hair how much should I buy?

For longer hair, we recommend purchasing a tub rather than kits. Remember to also purchase a 30 volume developer, color brush, and gloves.

The description says up to 10x but the photo guide goes from 7 levels to 6. You mean they couldn't afford to get the advertisement right?

The color result may vary for different individuals. Some customers have achieved up to 8-9 levels of lightening using the product with a blonde toner.

When do you do the shampoo, mask, and serum?

We recommend waiting for 48 hours after bleaching to allow the hair to rest before using the shampoo, mask, and serum.
