How long do these keep in the fridge once opened? Can they be frozen?

They are supposed to be kept in the pantry with the dry foods. After I boil them and prepare the spring rolls, I suppose they can sit in the fridge for a few days. They don't last very long in the fridge because we end up eating them immediately. After I open a package, I store them in the pantry in a gallon-sized ziplock bag.
