The Neoteck Pocket Manual Ranging Digital Multimeter comes with two test leads, backlight LCD, Volt Amp Ohm hFE DC Amplification Test NPN PNP Transistor Diodes Audible Continuity Tester and is encased in a red case. The meter is easy to use and its simple operation makes it ideal for DIY jobs around the house and automotive work. While not knowing how accurate the readings are, it is perfect for the price. The multimeter also comes in good condition and the shipping was on time. The only downside is that the instruction booklet is useless and had to be scanned and enlarged to be read.
