Yes, they are machine washable in a wash bag.

Do they fit well under 16 oz gloves?

Depends on the glove , whether they are broken in or not, the weight should not make a difference ( 10oz, 14oz 16oz), the pocket is the same. No problem with Title Gel's or Everlasts. I purchased new set of Reyes 16s and it took a solid 5 months to finally not have to struggle to get in and out

Are the gloves sold as a pair? A few reviews stated they only got one glove. Just making sure.

i received a pair of wraps but would not recommend getting this product. The sizes run small and it hurts the webbing in between your finger
