Yes but if people scratch them off individually it still works. No one really notices until after someone "wins".

Is this only one card for the price or a pack of five?

This is the price for a pack of five (5)! We even throw in an extra card on top of that for you to test it out yourself :)

Does the package say anywhere that they are pregnancy scratch offs?

No. I cant remember what the receipt said but on the card itself it does not. The only thing is on the back it says that "All prizes must be claimed within 9 months of the announced date of use."

Are they available in Spanish?
