We have reviewed this change in scoop size with our manufacturer and have confirmed the following specifics. The difference in scoop size noted was due to a supply chain shortage of the approved scoop for this product and led to an alternative slightly larger scoop needing to be used so as to not short ship this product. While needing to use a slightly larger scoop is not ideal, it ensures that we still met the minimal label claim of nutrients per serving. We still recommend mixing one scoop with 8 ounces of milk, almond milk or a smoothie. Thank you!, The mend team

Can I use this as a meal replacement in the Morning?

Hello thank you for your question. MEND Regenerate is designed for muscle health and healthy aging. It only has 145 calories, so is not designed for meal replacement, but mixed in a smoothie it can be a great meal!

How long can prepared liquid Mend Regenerate be stored in the refrigerator?

We generally advise making a fresh Regenerate drink to enjoy right away. But if you do need to make it ahead of time, we recommend at most a day of storage to avoid any separation in the beverage. Thanks!

what are all the specific ingredients ?

Mend Regenerate has 2 kinds of proteins. One is the whey isolate and the other whey concentrate for a slower release into the body. You have all the vitamins including d3 plus minerals . Mend also included an enzyme blend which prevents bloating and better digestion and grape seed extract for preventing sugar spikes. I have type II diabetis and can truly say this product is superior to all the others I have tried. I recommend it highly !!
