The TORO TECH R5 is a small but powerful monoblock car amplifier with a Class D design, built-in auto-sensing turn-on, and subwoofer amplifier and bass boost features. It has a maximum output of 4000 watts and an RMS of 1600 watts at 1 ohm. Users were able to wire different types of subwoofers to it and experienced good sound quality and solid amperage. Despite being small and space-saving, the amplifier runs relatively cool even when pushed hard. Some users found issues with the remote turn-on and the amplifier going into safe mode at high volumes.
