Sanbege 2T Wire Grip is a cable pulling jaw grip that can grip wires between 5/32 inches to 7/8 inches. This wire grip has a spring action mechanism, which makes it easy to lock onto the cable. One customer was able to salvage two sections of fiber optic cable each about 1,000 feet with this grip, and it worked perfectly. However, another customer attempted to use it to tension a 3/8" steel wire rope for a zip line, but the mechanism did not grip tightly enough and slipped down the cable immediately, even under light force. The clamping force was increased with the addition of a bungee cord, which helped marginally, but it still slipped below the rated 2-ton capacity.
