I wouldn't want to do it daily but yes. I can put it up and take it down alone. Kind of heavy to get in my cart for storage alone though. Doubt this is meant for commercial daily up and down.

Is there a model with a plastic waterproof roof i want to use it for camping?

That sounds pretty cool I couldn’t stand it and I got rid of it the day after I tried it. Couldn’t even fit 2 door tiny car inside

Will it stay inflated after blowing it up or do you have to keep the blower on like a bouncy house?

You have to keep the blower operating. I created a simple frame of PVC pipe to hold it up when the blower was off and the paint was still wet.
