The BLUEROCK Tools Model BRM-35A Typhoon Magnetic Drill Roto-Broach is a reasonably priced, good quality drill that performs well. It has a magnet that holds on fairly thin metal and good capacity, and its build quality is excellent. Users have drilled 1200 1 1/4 inch holes in 3/8 plate with no problems, and it can be used on scaffolding and ladders on both vertical and overhead surfaces. However, the magnet can be a little underpowered and the drill is quite loud. Additionally, the unit does not have a reverse or a step 1, step 2 setting but you can vary the speed by how much you squeeze the trigger.
