Cat Security™ - Catalytic Converter Protection shield, Fits - Toyota Prius 2004-2009

Cat Security Shield is aimed at preventing catalytic converter theft by blocking access to the catalytic converter and down stream o2 sensor and wiring in the area under the front of the passenger compartment. Although it comes with some inconveniences, such as rattling noise while the car's engine is on and struggling to install it due to low clearance of a Prius and the need for attaching with rivets, it is a sturdy and effective product. Nevertheless, there are mixed reviews on Amazon by those who have had their converters stolen despite having installed the shield.
