No, our 11 in 1 usb c hub canâ€™t work with Hp bs1 Series. We are trying our best to improve the performance of UtechSmart usb c hub to be compatible with more devices.

I am not sure. I had issues with my monitors also. I chatted with support and they were able to tell me that my pc was not compatible.

I was using this with a dell laptop and 2 hp monitors. now i'm trying to use those monitors with my macbook air. do i need another adapter?

If your MacBook Air have the usb-c new connector your good to go.

When I first received the device, it worked by simply plugging it into the C hub on my computer, but not it isn't working?

For mine to work I have to have my laptop charging at the same time.
