Started cooking the jello instant pie filling by mistake. Poured in pie crust. Still ok to eat?

I use many Jell-o puddings for dessert recipes. Usually I cooked the mixture or mix the pudding powder with other ingredients that need to be cooked, then pour into a pie crust and refrigerate as per recipe procedure and then eat it. I never eat the hot pudding.
