I bought it to eat as is. A spoonful daily. Has really helped with inflammation. Heat does kill enzymes but you could eat some raw and then add some to your tea as well.

Is this honey heated?

Absolutely not, we dont heat up or cook any our products. This honey is raw straight from the bee-keeper and during our Ayurveda process, it is not allowed to heat our honey. Hope this helps.
