Does this work with the rca viking 10?

The RCA viking 10 is compatible with the SonarPen. However, you may need to use a Tempered Glass Film protect (can be found on Amzaon) on the touch screen, because the glass/plastic screen of the viking 10 is a bit soft and easy to be scratched.

Are there plans to support Clip Studio?

We have contacted Clip Studio paint developer. However, it is up to the develop to decide when will add the support.

Somewhat... The dish disk that is required what also gives it the "sonar" name. Just makes the product overall bad.
