Does this also replace relay VF4-45F11?

It has been a while since I replaced these. I reviewed the drawing of the relay and it was the same as my relay. The brackets were not the same as mine. I swapped the brackets out to make them work. I believe the hole on the bracket was a different size. These worked good for me. The outboard motor would not go down every time.
