The HONEYSEW Quilting Template Sewing Machine Ruler is a great DIY sewing tool for those interested in free motion quilting. These templates include four different designs and work with low shank sewing machines. They are 1/8" thick and could potentially slip under a quilting foot but some users have attached silicone door bumpers to the design edges of the templates which not only makes them thicker but adds to their grip as well. Unfortunately, there are no written instructions included with the templates, making it a little difficult to understand how to use the templates for some users. Although the kit includes a foot, it is made of plastic and some users prefer to use a metal one.
