The BodyBoss Home Gym 2.0 is a portable gym that primarily uses resistance bands to provide an adjustable resistance rather than traditional weights. This makes it lightweight and compact enough to be a great option for those who are on the go or short on space. However, the set up isn't the most intuitive and can be a bit fiddly at first. Once you get the hang of how everything works, it's easy to adjust the resistance and move from one exercise to another. The board component is sturdy enough, but some exercises put a lot of stress on the hinge and may be uncomfortable to do. There are also concerns around the strength of the bands, with some users finding that they broke rather quickly. The overall workout experience is on par with a light home workout and can be improved by purchasing additional resistance bands.
