I believe so. They stick very well on my Onyx brand shower walls. A mirror would be even smoother and thus better grip. I would suggest wiping down where you wish to put them with alcohol.

They seem to hold up very well on a glass surface. There is more of a challenge to get them to stick on tile that is less than completely smooth. Make sure that you apply good pressure and that the circular knob is turned until there is a small click. They seem very well made and very attractive.

Yes, it can be adhered to the inside of a stainless steel sink. This suction cup product is waterproof. It will work great if you install it on a completely smooth surface and follow the installation steps. Please make sure the surface you install is completely dry before installation.
