Are these mittens durable? Does it seem as if they would be difficult to tear?

We have owned our two pairs (one for each kid) for at least three winters now. The kids can put them on easily now that they have had practice, and the durability is great! No tears or rips. They aren’t completely waterproof, but keep the kids hands really warm even if wet.

Will the reflector tape work in dark or foggy conditions?

The reflectors tape is with luminance coefficient of 420cd which added safe for kids when they play around in dark or dim light weather conditions. It will reflect the visible light especially in bad weather outside.

Does the string go through one coat sleeve to the other sleeve?

The string length is 1 meter (39.3 inches).

Are these mittens fleece lined all the way through the fingers? If not, where does the fleece lining end?

The fleece of the mittens is lined all the way through the top of the fingers and it cannot be pulled out.

How will you compare this to the mittens sold at Costco?

The kids prefer these mittens, and I think the quality is worth the $20 price tag. One kid in the Costco ski gloves got cold hands right away. We are returning and replacing with these instead.

If you order “red” does it appear red or like the fushia pink in the photos?

Those are very much pink. Don’t go by the name, go by the picture. Look at the one with the child wearing them and it’s easier to tell what color they are by comparison with their skin tones. Hot pink they should call them 💕

Where can you get an extra string?

We have no extra string provided right now, we just have one string included in one glove. And we will take your suggestions to our seller and improve in near future.

Is the string long enough to go through the coat?

Yes, it is but unfortunately the string does not stay attached to the mittens. String was constantly coming undone even after I knotted it a few times.

Do these mittens have fingers on the inside or are they regular mittens?

These are regular mittens and with no fingers inside, all the fingers are freely inside.

I ordered size xxs(3-5) and the gloves i received state that they are size 4. i know these run large but i can’t tell if they are size 4 or for a 4yo

Size 4 is just a size label we production, and the real fits size is for 3 to 5 years old kids as the size chart reference recommend.
