Yes. All you have to do is get the controller with enough zones for your needs. Connect the zones to the controller, plug it in, and link to your network. The controller will tell you if your signal is strong enough. It needs to be close to your network.

Does it come with an electric plug?

The U.S. version has a transformer with a plug molded on it.

Does this have an Ethernet port?

No, it does not. It is WiFi only for network connection. There is also Bluetooth support!

Can I use this controller to replace my hunter pro-c 12 volt controller?

As long as you have 120 volts and your valves are 24 volts AC.
