If you plan to us it for a drug test, it will only work for the instant ones and NOT for the ones they send off. The detox will mask everything for about 5 hours. After that everything will show up again. Even after it is sent away.

Do i need to refrigerate the stuff?

I don't think you have too. In the past I have seen it just sitting out on store shelves. Also it isn't refrigerated when it ships. I did refrigerate mine just because I don't like warm drinks unless its coffee :-)

Yes but you have to sustain from all toxins atleast 48 hours prior to tox test
