I don’t have the packaging anymore and I did a google search and didn’t see anything but I see that someone answered that a while back and said China. I don’t know for sure but that is what was stated 11 months ago

If using them for hot dips, Do they need to be doubled?

Yes I would recommend it. They are very flimsy

Is the base of the pan 9”??

As best I can remember, they weren’t angled so the top was the same as the bottom.

Can they be used on a camping trip on a grill or over fire?

I love using these in my toaster oven. I even line with a piece of tin foil so I use the pan over and over.
